Young Adi's life changes completely when he comes to Bombay with his mother, but ends up getting kidnapped. He manages to escape from the kidnappers but is all alone in the city.

Prasad and Nayan are happy to be with each other and also choose a separate house, but Prasad's uncle wants his sister Suman to get married first. Prasad decides to postpone his wedding and sacrifice his house by dropping his plans and uses the money for Suman's wedding.
